After a huge investment in both money and resources to meet the rigorous requirements of the European authorities and successfully pass the exhaustive audits, in 2020 Bunkervan obtained the recognition granted by the European homologation register , which has allowed the internationalization of our sales since then.
From the user's perspective, the fact that our vehicles have European homologation means that they are considered Motorhomes , which gives them some significant advantages over camper vans: they can travel at a maximum speed of 120 km/h (camper vans are limited to 90 km/h), and from 10 years onwards the MOT will be annual (instead of semi-annually for camper vans).

One example is the design of the kitchen and bathroom drains, which run through the floor to the grey water tank to prevent freezing and damage during off-road use. Furthermore, their vehicles stand out for their greater autonomy thanks to a 125-liter fresh water system, combining an 80-liter main tank with an additional 45-liter tank.
