In addition, the U-shaped configuration adds comfort to be able to eat, talk, etc. in a more natural way than the more traditional solutions that use the inversion of the front seats, allowing you to spend hours comfortably sitting or even lying down.
The hole available for the television is oriented directly to the dining room and the bed, being able to see it from both points. The visual perception of the vehicle from the rear increases the feeling of interior space, and there is a clear change of atmosphere when moving from the front to the rear seats after spending hours behind the wheel while traveling.
Homologation europeaAfter a huge investment, both financial and resources, to be able to meet the rigorous requirements of the European authorities and successfully cover the exhaustive audits, in 2020 Bunkervan obtained the recognition granted by the European approval registry, which has allowed the internationalization of our sales. since then.
For the user, the fact that our vehicles have European homologation implies that they are considered Motorhomes, which gives them some significant advantages over home vans: they can travel at a maximum speed of 120 km/h (home vans are limited to 90Km/h), and after 10 years the ITV will be annual (instead of semi-annual in the case of vans-dwelling).

For hot water we have selected a gas boiler with extraordinary performance, heating 8 liters of water in a minimum time even with a very low consumption (0,1Kg per hour, so a 2,7Kg cylinder can offer about 50 showers).
Optionally, in certain models it will be possible to opt for a diesel equipment for the production of hot water. Both the heating and hot water equipment are located in a steel container installed in the underbody of the vehicle, designed in such a way that it will protect it from damage even in off-road use, offering the advantage of not occupying precious interior space, allowing a generous trunk under the seats.
Low consumption electrical system, the main consumptions (refrigerator, heating, water pump and lights) come from the hand of equipment specially selected for our configuration due to its low consumption, thus achieving maximum energy autonomy, which can be maximized with our 200 wa 24v solar system with mppt regulator that will make the most of solar radiation both in hours of maximum radiation and in hours of less availability.
At Bunkervan we use the refrigerators from the most prestigious manufacturer, using a high-performance compressor that offers very low consumption while achieving the ideal temperature with a capacity of 130 liters (except in Urban models that will be 90 liters).
Robustness: Although the panels used by other manufacturers are 3mm for coverings and 10mm for furniture, in BunkerVan marine plywood is used for its resistance and lightness in 8mm for coverings and 15mm for furniture to achieve a robustness that is necessary for a foolproof long life of our vehicles even in 4×4 and All Road models.

Engineering applied to all the details. Since its foundation, at BunkerVan we have the philosophy of dedicating the necessary time to the design of each point of our vehicles, covering each of the systems that equip them, even aspects that are not usually thought of or cannot even be seen. A clear example are the drains kitchen and bathroom: their design is made in such a way that they go through the ground to reach directly inside the gray water tank, avoiding the possibility of freezing or damage due to impact with stones or branches during off-road use.
